Yoga Time!


Yoga is a wonderfully, relaxing moment that occurs within our Infant classes on a weekly basis.  At this time children can be seen calming carrying out the different poses and breathing in a most serious manner.


Yoga has been proven to develop focus and concentration of those who practice it regularly.  The act of carrying out different poses encourages children to focus on the effort and clear their mind.   Hence, this single focus in order to achieve balance or a particular pose, helps to develop concentration which in turn helps children to focus and concentrate in school and get better grades whilst also being a delightful time for all involved!
